Players may request voluntary closure of their h555pk account at any time by contacting support. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or events beyond h555pk's reasonable control (including internet service disruption, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events) may temporarily affect platform availability. h555pk will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which h555pk's international gaming licence is issued.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account balance, or platform policy, Players should first contact h555pk customer support to seek resolution. h555pk will investigate all disputes within 10 business days and communicate the outcome to the Player in writing. h555pk's decision on factual matters within its platform (including game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility) shall be final and binding where supported by verifiable platform data.
